It’s time to start planning for Indy in 2011
The ASRBA has blocked a group of rooms at a great hotel. Our headquarters hotel is the Candlewood Suites at 7040 E. 21st Street. We have negotiated a rate of $72.00 per night for rooms with either one or two queen size beds. The hotel has been open for only three months and is in fantastic condition. S...ome of the great features of this hotel include:

Free Continental Breakfast for ASRBA members at
the Quality Inn across the parking lot (very close) with our own hospitality
room for breakfast.
Free laundry facilities onsite.
24 hour Candlewood Cupboard – a “mini party store” in the hotel where you can buy snacks and toiletries that you can pay for there or charge to your room.
Kitchenettes in all rooms. The kitchenettes all include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove top, plus a variety of dishes, cookware, and utensils.
The hotel is located seven miles from the fairgrounds and within a two minute walk of the ARBA headquarters Marriott Hotel, which is $109 per night.
The hotel is located within one-half mile of over a dozen restaurants and fast food places.
Complimentary hospitality room for Saturday night and Monday night after the banquet.

The hotel does not normally provide a continental breakfast, so make sure that you tell them you are with the Satin group in order to get the $72 rate and the complimentary breakfast.

The rooms with more than one bed at the host hotel are booked. However, we have secured additional rooms with two beds at another nearby hotel for the same rate. All reservations should still be made through the Candlewood Suites. However, the additional rooms at the nearby hotel do not have kitchenettes. They do have mini fridges and microwaves. If you only need one bed, there are still plenty of rooms left at the Candlewood Suites.
